This is a full-time role supporting our Mainline territory, based out of our Havertown office. We’re looking for a nurse who is: Compassionate, professional, and client-focused A strong communicator and natural relationship-builder Comfortable teaching, coaching, and supervising caregivers Organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize A team player who also works well independently Energized by being “in the field” and connecting with families

Requirements

• RN or LPN license (current PA Board of Nursing registration)
• 10+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred
• Managerial or supervisory background ideal
• Sales or client-facing experience a plus
• Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Annual TB test required
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

• Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred
• Managerial or supervisory background ideal
• Sales or client-facing experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Completing home visits and ongoing client assessments
• Supervising caregivers and ensuring care meets agency standards
• Updating plans of care and ensuring client safety
• Conducting supervisory visits every 30/60 days
• Recognizing and coaching caregivers — and celebrating their wins
• Supporting caregiver training and quality assurance efforts
• Helping with the two-step PPD program as needed
• Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure exceptional client service
