Competitive Pay: $32.00/hour-36.00/hour + credit for experience Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) role with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and holiday, plus scheduled weekday and rotating weekend on-call coverage. What You'll Do: Ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care and wellness programming in alignment with community standards and regulations. Provide outreach, education, and support to residents’ families, serving as a clinical resource and point of contact. Support the training, education, and ongoing development of care staff; ensure compliance with required in-service training (EOEA). Maintain knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care best practices, HIPAA, risk management, and patient safety. Uphold and exemplify the Mission and values of Jewish Geriatric Services in all aspects of care delivery. Participate in scheduled on-call coverage and complete additional projects as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods.
  • Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues.
