About The Position
Lawrence Street Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team . This role is vital in ensuring safe, high-quality care for our residents in our skilled nursing community.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Dependable and able to work overnight hours
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Supervise and support CNA staff on shift
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
