About The Position

Beaumont Health Care Center is hiring a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts. If you are compassionate, clinically confident, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care, we would love to meet you. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires

Requirements

• Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
• Ability to work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation
• EMR experience (PointClickCare preferred)

Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Clinical Support
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Complete accurate documentation in EMR (MARs, TARs, progress notes)
• Assist with admissions, readmissions, and discharges
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
• Support infection prevention and safety initiatives
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately
• Quality & Safety
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
