About The Position
BAYADA offers a Nurse Residency Program for new graduate RNs, which is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The program allows nurses to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, providing opportunities to explore their passions. The Hauppauge team offers exceptional one-on-one training from a seasoned Clinical Educator and a supportive management team dedicated to finding a suitable schedule.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
