About The Position

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is an ANCC-accredited, paid new graduate residency program in home care, designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills and growing with every challenge. The program emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and in-depth paid training from day one. BAYADA, as a non-profit organization, focuses on quality care, with Clinical Managers providing extensive support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The program offers opportunities to care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The Hauppauge team specifically provides exceptional 1:1 training by a seasoned Clinical Educator and a supportive management team dedicated to finding a perfect schedule fit.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
