About The Position
Centurion is the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Kansas Department of Corrections. This full-time Nurse Practitioner position is located at Lansing Correctional Facility in Lansing, Kansas. The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
Requirements
- Active Kansas license
- DEA
- Graduate Degree
Nice To Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Experience in a hospital setting or med/surg setting preferred
