Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and order labs/imaging as appropriate
- Coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff
- Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
