Legacy is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for our Camas Clinic, located at 1625 SE 192nd Ave, Camas, WA. Our clinics support local communities by providing services to a variety of patient populations. With more than 25 clinics serving the Portland/SW Washington surrounding communities, and rural locations such as Silverton, Sandy and St. Helens, Legacy is helping keep the Pacific Northwest healthy. Our clinics have well-supported teams to include panel coordinator, social worker, RN case manager, behaviorist, pharmacist as well as an individually assigned MA.
Requirements
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) required.
- Current applicable state license as a Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Privileges (NP-PP) required.
- Unrestricted Washington Medical license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Follows guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
- Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise.
- Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.
