About The Position
We are seeking a benefited, full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our new Urgent Care in Lincoln. The Urgent Care is located near 70th & Highway 2, with hours of operation of 8am-8pm, seven days per week. Staffing will be shared with other advanced practice providers. Under the supervision of a Physician, this position will perform a variety of urgent care related patient services to ensure timely, competent, quality care for all who seek services. This is an exempt position, that will consist of three, 12 hour shifts per week. Totaling 36-40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner program
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire
