This position will be for the Grayson/Lawrenceville Responsibilities Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate medical intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care to promote good health and prevent illness. Coordinates care of assigned patients by evaluating, diagnosing, treating diseases, injuries, and other disorders according to established standards of care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Please refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for certifications and credentialing applicable to this position.
• Ability to work a continuous 12-hour shift.
