About The Position
Sanitas Medical Center is expanding and looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our growing Family Practice team. About the Role: As a valued member of our care team, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care services in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a Monday through Friday position with no evenings or weekends (in most location), designed to promote work-life balance.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active state license.
- Primary Care experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
