Westmoreland Obstetrics and Gynecologic Associates is seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our close-knit, growing team. Locations Main Office: 917 Sherwood Drive, Suite 200, Lake Bluff, IL 60044 Satellite Office: 1170 Belvidere Road, Suite 203, Grayslake, IL 60030 Your Schedule This part-time role offers a consistent schedule with no nights: Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Grayslake) Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Lake Bluff) Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Lake Bluff) Saturday: 7:30-11:30am (once per month) Responsibilities As a valued member of our care team, you will provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a collaborative environment alongside three board-certified OBGYNs and one Family Nurse Practitioner. We also offer training for procedures such as saline infusion sonograms (SIS) with biopsy. Note: This role does not include colposcopies or LEEPs. Why Join Us? Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of women’s health experience
- Proficiency in IUD and Nexplanon insertions
- OB care experience, particularly in early and routine prenatal visits
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach to care
- Excellent communication and patient rapport
Responsibilities
- Performing IUD and Nexplanon insertions
- Managing new OB confirmation visits and routine prenatal care
- Conducting patient consultations, exams, and treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Educating patients on health, wellness, and preventative care
- Collaborating closely with physicians to ensure seamless, high-quality care
