About The Position

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and caring RN Nurse Practitioners (N-P) with expertise in Wound Care for direct hire . The company provides Nurse-Practitioners to Skilled Nursing homes in the Mobile, AL area to work with the facility's nursing team to improve quality care and reduce re-hospitalizations. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will lead a Wound Prevention Program in the facility responsible for screening new admissions, assessments and risks and implementing precautionary measures. The N-P will be supporting 1 facility and will be about 1 - 2 days of work. The schedules have some flexibility. This is a part-time position and may grow in the future. The company provides a high level of support (on-going Physician collaboration) and dedicated Scribes for documentation. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with experience assessing, evaluating, and documenting skin and wound conditions, and will have an in-depth knowledge of treatment protocols. Requirements

PA Licensed Nurse Practitioner
At least 1- 2+ years’ experience in the care and treatment of wounds
In-depth understanding of Wound Care protocols and treatments
Ability to train Nursing teams on policies and protocols for the prevention and care of wounds
Basic Computer skills and experience with EMR software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborative with Nursing teams
