Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Passion for wound care and patient-centered healthcare.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic mobile care environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide Advanced Wound Care: Deliver therapies such as low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound to promote healing and reduce infection risks.
Travel Locally: Offer personalized care in patients’ homes while adhering to the highest safety and infection control standards.
Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Educate Patients: Empower patients and families with knowledge about wound care protocols to enhance compliance and recovery.
Document with Precision: Maintain accurate and timely records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
