Nurse Practitioner - Rheumatology Services - Queens Medical Group In this role, the Nurse Practitioner provides health care to Rheumatology patients in collaboration with the providers. Responsibilities include the delivery of care within the Medical and Surgical divisions, in accordance with the agreed upon Practice Protocols and Nurse Practitioner Clinical Practice Agreement. Acts within the policies and procedures established by the Division of Nursing, service department, and NewYork Presbyterian Queens Medical Group. This is a full-time day shift position located in Fresh Meadows.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current New York State License as Nurse Practitioner.
• Current New York State RN license.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a New York State approved accrediting body – American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
• ACLS and BCLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Rheumatology in an outpatient setting
• EMR-EPIC
• Bilingual in Spanish
