About The Position

North American Heroes Medical is a primary care Health and Wellness practice. We specialize in concierge service for First Responders, Educators and Public Servants. North American Heroes Medical is actively recruiting a Physician Assistant-Certified or Nurse Practitioner to join the team. We pride in multidisciplinary integrated care services that facilitate highest standards of care and patient satisfaction. We provide comprehensive wellness program to our clients, that includes stress tests, lab tests, individual treatment plans, and follow up. Under the supervision of MD, Practitioner performs patient assessment/data collection, interpretes findings and formulates treatment plans. Collaborates in the development and implementation of plan of care based on patient needs throughout patient's course of care. Identifies and implements strategies to meet the educational needs of the patient. We offer competitive annual salary starting $130,00.

Requirements

• NJ License
• DEA License
