As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care team by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Work with a multi-disciplinary care team in Breast Medical Oncology. Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of Breast Cancer patients with acute, chronic, and/or potential health problems. Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs. Manage and modify treatment plans of patients as needed. Provide ambulatory urgent call coverage for Breast Cancer patients, as well as other oncology tumor types as needed.
