About The Position

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urology Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hospital & Clinic Settings – split between West Valley and Phoenix) Hours & Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule (4x10s or 5x8s); No weekends Work Environment: Urology clinic and hospital-based setting supporting physicians in both outpatient and inpatient care Travel Required: Yes – split schedule between hospital and clinic locations Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 – $160,000 annually Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus eligibility after 1 year Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO/Sick Time, 401(k) with match, CME stipend On Call Required: Yes – light phone call during weekdays and 1:8 call rotation with rare weekend rounds (1–2 hours) Why work with us: This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative urology team that values education, mentorship, and provider growth. This role provides opportunities to learn in-office procedures, intravesical treatments, catheter management, and occasional surgical assistance.
