About The Position

Advanced Practice Provider – ENT Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) Location: Sun City West, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours Only Setting: Outpatient ENT Clinic Call Responsibility: Minimal – Triage Only, Rotated Among APPs Position Overview A well-established and highly regarded ENT group in Sun City West, AZ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its expanding outpatient team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of ENT conditions—including complex and oncology-related cases—within a collaborative, supportive, and low-turnover environment known for clinical excellence. With a consistent weekday schedule, minimal after-hours call, and opportunities for continued procedural training, this role is ideal for an ENT-experienced APP seeking both professional growth and work-life balance. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ direct ENT clinical experience
  • NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ENT oncology, thyroid disorders, or head and neck cancer
  • Interest or experience in pediatric ENT
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Ability to manage 15–25 patients per day independently
  • Competence or willingness to train in ENT-specific procedures
  • Comfort with ENT procedures
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • eClinicalWorks preferred
  • Or in Process of Obtaining

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including: Sinus and nasal disorders Otologic complaints Voice and throat conditions
  • Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Nasal endoscopy (flexible and rigid) Cerumen removal Nasal/sinus debridement
  • Conduct pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care
  • Maintain thorough documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Participate in shared low-volume triage call rotation
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, and CME requirements
