About The Position

Sutter East Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Oakland location. If you want to be part of a medical group that is focused on high quality, team-based care, this is the job for you! Full-time position providing care for patients at High Risk for Breast Cancer. The APC will be seeing a mix of follow-up and new patients and caring for patients who are in our high risk screening program or have a history of breast cancer. This new position is to grow the high-risk breast health clinic. Duties include evaluating new patients risk of breast cancer, prescribing best practices for breast cancer screening of the high risk population, patient education on cancer risk reduction, results follow-up, in-basket management, and longitudinal clinical follow up care for high-risk for breast cancer patients Eligible to become a shareholder of the Med Group

Requirements

Experience in running High Risk Breast Clinic, preferred, not required
Experience in in-basket coverage preferred, but not required
Current California State NP or PA License
Active DEA registration
