About The Position

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s leading non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Post-Acute Care Team located in Morris County, New Jersey. As part of our growing Post-Acute Care Division, the Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive care to patients within skilled nursing facilities across the Morris County area. Candidates should be available to dedicate a minimum of 2 days per week to providing post-acute care services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with physicians and fellow advanced practice clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care to adults. A minimum of two years' experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients as a nurse practitioner is preferred, along with proficiency in EPIC EMR and Point Click Care systems. Requirements

Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
ACLS and BLS certification required
At least 2 years of NP experience in skilled nursing homes and/or geriatrics is preferred
Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
