The APP will play a key role in managing an independent outpatient clinic while working in close collaboration with our Hand surgeons. Core responsibilities include patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. The role may also involve occasional procedures such as hand injections, casting, and splinting. This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with daytime hours. The schedule is weekday, outpatient care?no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The position is best suited for a provider with a strong interest in Hand Orthopaedics rather than general Orthopaedics. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior Orthopaedics or hand experience is preferred but not required. A solid interest in hand and upper extremity care is essential.
