Join Our Team:

Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
for our Fenton Family Medicine office located at 714 Gravois Rd!

Opportunity:

Part-time opening - 24 hours a week
3 days a week - you pick the days! (Monday - Friday)
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Prefer 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Outpatient focused clinical practice
Not benefit eligible

Requirements

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 3+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
