About The Position

MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Thoracic Surgery Team in Midland, Michigan! Full time, day shift Monday-Friday Inpatient and outpatient No weekends or holidays No call at this time

Requirements

• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• One year of experience with surgical specialties preferred, new grads will be considered
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health's credentialing process
• Robust onboarding and training program

Responsibilities

• New patient, established patient, and post-op appointments
• Inpatient consults, rounding, and discharging post-ops
