General Summary Working under general supervision, develops and coordinates projects related, physician recruiting initiatives, planning and business development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages recruitment and physician development projects including, but not limited to, identifying physician candidates and utilizing candidate sourcing and screening tools, coordinating phone and zoom interviews to identify physician candidates in order to expand the applicant pool. Successful candidate must be very organized and able to keep up detailed spreadsheets/databases and other documents to track activity incoming and out – going sourcing activity and other projects. Works with immigration attorney to place employment ads and track specific needs of each step of the immigration process as required pursue proper immigration status for our providers . Serves as a resource for physician recruitment/business development planning through data analysis to identify current and future physician shortages within the service area. Works with director clinic leadership and staff as needed with National Health Services Corps and keeps up to date with other potential programs designed to identify potential funding sources for student loan forgiveness. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related degree required.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ progressively more responsible experience in a healthcare setting is required, of which at least 2 years’ experience must be in physician recruitment or healthcare business development.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be very organized and tolerate a dynamic and shifting work environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Must be will to work evenings and weekends on occasions.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree in a business related discipline as identified above is preferred.
