You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care while practicing at the top of your license.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current national certification as an NP or PA
Active, unrestricted state licensure
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostics, and patient care documentation
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfort using electronic health records and standard computer applications
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations
Perform and assist with medical and interventional procedures as appropriate
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and procedures
Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical team members
Respond calmly and effectively to urgent and emergent clinical situations
Uphold quality, safety, and infection control standards
