Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
Commitment to patient-centered care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced wound care therapies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound
Utilize modern assessment tools to support healing and improve outcomes
Collaborate with clinical leadership on treatment planning
Develop skills in documentation, care coordination, and patient education
Independently manage patient care using advanced wound care therapies
Apply clinical judgment to treat complex cases and drive outcomes
Support team development by mentoring less experienced providers
Contribute to quality initiatives and best practices
Provide mobile, patient-centered care in home and facility settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and families on care plans
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
