About The Position

This is a focused outpatient neurology role centered on caring for patients with movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, tremor, dystonia, and related conditions. You’ll manage a consistent daily patient panel of approximately 12 patients, allowing for thoughtful, in-depth clinical care without the pressure of high-volume throughput. Your day will include a mix of new patient evaluations and follow-up visits, with time built in to thoroughly assess symptoms, adjust treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families. You’ll work closely with a neurology team while maintaining a high level of autonomy in patient management. This setting offers a steady, predictable workflow with a strong emphasis on continuity of care. You’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while contributing to meaningful improvements in quality of life for a complex and often underserved patient population. This role stands out due to its structured patient volume with longer visit times, prioritizing quality over quantity. It offers a specialized focus in movement disorders with meaningful clinical impact in an outpatient-only setting with a predictable weekday schedule. There is strong continuity of care and opportunity to build lasting patient relationships within a collaborative neurology environment with provider autonomy, no travel requirements, and a stable, on-site workflow.
