About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to help meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Wheatfield Health Center in Wheatfield, Indiana, with occasional coverage at Franciscan Brook Health Center in Brook, IN. This role offers a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and desire to build strong community ties and long-lasting patient relationships. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care. Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients
