Join our Imaging Team! Come be a part of a dedicated, patient-focused imaging
department where your skills to collaborate with radiologist, primary care
providers, surgeons and oncology teams to deliver accurate diagnoses and
compassionate care. At Harris Regional Medical Center, we combine advanced

Requirements

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Applicants should have a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
