About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) to support patients in an outpatient cancer care setting. This role focuses on guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care. It is an administrative-focused nursing role ideal for experienced oncology nurses with strong care coordination and communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of Oncology RN experience (3+ preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be active at submission)
• ONCC/ONS certification required
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work in a patient-focused, collaborative environment
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology patients throughout treatment
• Coordinate and manage individualized patient care plans
• Provide patient education and emotional support
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Track patient progress and ensure continuity of care
• Document all interactions and care coordination in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and care navigation
