Facilitates scheduling and preparation for complex oncology care, including diagnostic testing, consultations, tumor board reviews, and surgical procedures to minimize delays in treatment. Provides education and supportive navigation for patients, helping them understand their surgical plan, expected recovery, and available support services while addressing barriers to care and improving the overall patient experience.
