About the Role The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations and program management for a designated group of clinics or units, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for achieving financial, quality, and strategic goals, the Nurse Manager leads with a positive, people-focused approach, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Acting as a change agent, they promote open communication, professional development, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards while ensuring efficient use of resources and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
