About The Position
We’re hiring 2 experienced Nurse Managers to lead a Behavioral Health unit at a hospital in Brooklyn, NY. This is a direct hire / contract-to-hire opportunity with strong leadership impact and growth potential. ---------------------------------------- SCHEDULE: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Start: ASAP Compensation: $135,000- $140,000 annually ---------------------------------------- DUTIES: Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit in collaboration with senior leadership Oversee patient care, staffing, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to DOH, JCAHO, and OMH regulatory standards Drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction outcomes Support staff development and maintain a high-performing clinical team ---------------------------------------- MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS RN license (NY) + BSN required (Master’s preferred) 5+ years RN experience with 5+ years in psychiatry 2+ years in leadership within a hospital-based psych unit (required) Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance & quality improvement BLS, ACLS, Crisis Management certification If interested, please apply online and email credentials to [email protected] [[email protected]] Call: 281-769-8184
Requirements
- RN license (NY) + BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years RN experience with 5+ years in psychiatry
- 2+ years in leadership within a hospital-based psych unit (required)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance & quality improvement
- BLS, ACLS, Crisis Management certification
