Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to work at our Union Hospital in the ICU, VAN and WOC units. What We’re Looking For: We seek a dynamic Nurse Manager who brings: Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting A collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset A strong foundation in cardiac care and post-operative patient management A drive to foster excellence in patient outcomes and staff development

Requirements

Current nursing licensure in the State of Maryland or compact state required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Completed BSN and Master’s degree or alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Science in Nursing.
5 years appropriate clinical and leadership experience required.
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Nice To Haves

Nurse Executive certification preferred.
