The RN Nurse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing nursing operations at the Los Angeles General Recuperative Care Center (LAG RCC). This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory standards while supporting program leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams in providing comprehensive medical services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include the supervision of Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses. The Nurse Manager will receive guidance from the Program Director and clinical direction and updates from the Corporate Nurse Manager (CNM). About the Program: The Los Angeles General RCC Program is an interim housing program that provides bed space for eligible patients. To qualify, patients must be homeless, have an acute medical condition, and be medically and physically stable. This respite program offers medical care, case management, personal care, three meals per day, access to long-term housing resources and placement, and reunification services for clients who have lost contact with their family or support network. Wesley also provides transportation for these patients to medical appointments, specialists, and other social service agencies within the county.
