You’ll support the Executive Director of Nursing in promoting excellence in clinical operations, patient care delivery, and professional development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing highly preferred; associate degree required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care nursing, minimum 2 years’ experience in ER required.
Demonstrated leadership with 3+ years management experience and Critical Access Hospital experience preferred.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas
ACLS and PALS current or within 6 months of hire
TNCC current or within 1 year of hire
CPR current
