Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units (19 adult beds and intake team) in Neenah, WI. The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. He/she contributes to the facility through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, participation on the treatment team(s).
