How you’ll contribute A Nurse Manager (RN) who excels in this role: Establishes strategic goals for assigned units aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. Manages the team assigned Collaborates with the members of the Patient Care Team Schedules Monthly staff meetings Demonstrates annual competencies Adhere to all regulatory requirements Approves Kronos Takes Active role in improving patient throughput Provides leadership in critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving. Assures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Develops action plans and monitors performance. Continually improves employee engagement and safety. Serves as an ambassador for the organization displaying a positive image in the community to ensure sound relationships. Serves as a professional role model and mentor to motivate, develop nurse leaders and staff RNs who aspire to be in future leadership roles. Requirements

  • Applicants should be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and state Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within 2 years

Nice To Haves

  • Masters in Nursing/Healthcare Preferred
  • Five years nursing management experience Preferred
  • Patient Safety Certification Preferred
