Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience
- Minimum 4+ years staff-level NICU RN experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (within 6 months of hire)
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day functioning and staffing of the NICU unit
- Evaluate and monitor nursing care to meet facility standards and objectives
- Support and hold staff accountable for quality care and clinical outcomes
