About The Position

The Nurse Manager for our Medical Operations provides oversight of Sadler’s medical department, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Referral Coordination, and other clinical support roles. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations and working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, you will improve patient flow, drive quality initiatives, support regulatory compliance, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing work culture. This role is central to how we deliver on our FQHC mission every day.

Requirements

  • Active RN License in good standing in Pennsylvania — Required
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, including direct patient care.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse clinical teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in an FQHC, Federally Qualified Health Center, ambulatory care, or multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Familiarity with HRSA reporting, UDS measures, or PCMH standards.
  • Bilingual language skills strongly valued

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor medical support staff, including supervisors, trainers, nurses, and medical assistants across multiple sites.
  • Promote team engagement, accountability, and a culture of operational excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Manage workflows to ensure efficient patient flow, care quality, and positive patient experience.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to develop and refine policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
  • Oversee departmental budget, supplies, inventory, and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and clinical performance metrics.
  • Oversee the Vaccine Program and support provider productivity and efficiency.
  • Support regulatory readiness for HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH, and other applicable compliance requirements.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, skills assessment, and professional development of clinical staff.
  • Ensure timely performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action processes.
  • Model and reinforce a culture of safety, service excellence, and mission-driven care.
