Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse
Bachelors Degree
2 years as a Nursing Manager, supervisor or Clinical Team Lead in a Behavorial Health Unit

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses.
