About The Position

Are you a compassionate and dependable nursing professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships with older adults? Join our Assisted Living team and be part of a supportive, family-like environment where quality care and teamwork truly matter. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work a full-time weekend schedule on our Assisted Living floor. This role includes a weekend premium bonus for every Saturday and Sunday worked , in addition to base pay that is based on experience .

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong assessment, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents’ conditions
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Supervise and support CNAs and care team members
• Maintain infection control, safety, and hygiene standards
• Participate in assessments, care planning, and team meetings
