About The Position

We are accepting applications from Registered Nurses to join our team in the role of Staff Educator to manage and coordinate of our state-approved Nursing Assistant Training Program . In this role, you will manage the Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP): · Serve as primary instructor, teaching both classroom content and clinical skills in accordance with state and federal guidelines · Ensure all curriculum, instruction, and student evaluations meet regulatory and organizational standards · Coordinate clinical rotations in collaboration with nursing leadership and serve as a mentor during hands-on training · Maintain accurate student records, track progress, and support students through certification readiness · Prepare for and participate in state Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP) audits and surveys Manage CNA Development & Staff Onboarding: Lead and maintain the CNA Preceptor Program, ensuring preceptors are trained, supported, and engaged to guarantee NATP student success Facilitate CNA skills competencies, including annual return demonstrations and validation of clinical competencies Plan and facilitate the monthly General Orientation for all new hires, providing essential education on policies, procedures, and care standards

Requirements

  • Must have an active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred
  • Experience teaching or educating CNAs or staff is a plus
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentorship, education and team development
  • Must have some computer skills, MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Must meet MA state requirements for NATP instructor qualifications
  • Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply (preferred but not required)
