Unit-Based Nurse Educator – Cardiac ICU / CCU Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Unit-Based Nurse Educator (UBE) to support our 16-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Coronary Care Unit (CCU). This role is dedicated to advancing clinical excellence through education, competency validation, and professional development for nurses caring for critically ill cardiac patients. The Cardiac ICU/CCU provides highly specialized care utilizing advanced cardiac technologies, including intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), Impella devices, and other mechanical circulatory support modalities. As the Unit-Based Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in ensuring staff are well-prepared to deliver safe, evidence-based care while meeting regulatory and quality standards.
