Presbyterian is seeking a Charge Nurse on a Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CCC). They are responsible for overseeing patient care and leading the nursing team in a specialized cardiac care environment. They ensure the smooth operation of the unit during their shift, coordinate care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, post-surgical care for cardiac procedures and act as a liaison between staff and management. Their role involves supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
