Nurse Coordinator
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about hands-on care and enjoys working side-by-side with nurses and CNAs to provide teaching, guidance, and clinical support in a homelike 12 bed facility. The Clinical Coordinator works directly with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and oversee all aspects of clinical skills development and hands-on teaching, helping to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Requirements
- Active RN license in the State of Maine
- Skilled nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Clinical Skills: Straight catheterization, G-tube care, Ostomy/Colostomy care, phlebotomy, IV therapy.
- hands-on teaching and training of nurses and CNAs
- providing real-time clinical guidance during direct care
- onboarding and skill development of nursing staff
- Ffit testing
- auditing medical records and MARs
