What You Will Do: Provide on-site consulting services nationwide (75–80% travel) Conduct clinical compliance audits and mock surveys Perform Medicare compliance and MDS documentation audits Evaluate MDS accuracy and supporting documentation under PDPM Provide corrective action guidance and performance improvement support Submit reports and maintain timely communication with leadership Remain current on federal and state regulatory requirements What it Takes to Join the Family: Required: Active Registered Nurse license Minimum five years long-term care experience Experience in clinical compliance and regulatory oversight Working knowledge of MDS and Medicare reimbursement Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel nationwide 75–80% Detail-oriented individuals who are team players. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. The compensation range for this position is $95-105K Salary Range $95,000—$105,000 USD Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs. Requirements
