About The Position

The Nurse Clinic Administrator provides integrated clinical and administrative leadership for an outpatient medical clinic. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing daily clinic operations, staffing, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance. The position serves as a key liaison among providers, clinical staff, administrative teams, volunteers, and organizational leadership in support of a high-need, underserved patient population.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3+ years of outpatient nursing experience
• 3+ years of clinical operations or clinic management experience

• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical leadership and serve as an escalation resource for clinical concerns
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality nursing and medical assistant–supported care
• Support patient triage, education, care coordination, referrals, and follow-up
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to align care standards and workflows
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, staffing levels, and clinic throughput
• Manage provider, staff, and volunteer scheduling
• Supervise front desk, scheduling, eligibility, and clinical support staff
• Monitor operational metrics and support continuous process improvement
